It can accommodate up to 8 people in a location that feels like you are on a boat.

The space
"Lili Villa Hayama" is a three-story designer villa with a theme of art and the sea, overlooking Hayama Marina.
The exterior is a streamlined design reminiscent of a large cruiser, and combined with the location right in front of the marina, you can experience the special feeling of staying on a private cruiser while it is anchored. It can accommodate up to 8 people, and can be used for family trips, gatherings of friends, anniversary stays, as well as small corporate training and team building.
The first floor is the entrance floor that welcomes guests.
A gallery-like space with beautiful indirect lighting welcomes guests and creates an extraordinary feeling like a resort hotel lobby. The curtain rises on a special stay with the feeling of climbing the ramp of a cruiser.
The second floor is the main living floor.
It has a master bedroom (2 semi-double beds), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), and a bathroom. On the same floor, there is also a dining kitchen surrounded by glass windows that reach up to the ceiling, where you can enjoy cooking in a full-fledged island kitchen while looking at the masts of the yachts lined up in the marina and the boats coming and going. The ocean and marina views spread out the window, giving you the feeling of being in a cabin on a boat while indoors. The view is impressive not only on sunny days, but also on rainy days and at dusk, and the stay itself is an experience.
The 3rd floor is the floor with the bar counter, lounge living room, and Japanese-style room.
The high-quality sofa, wood floors, and ceiling lighting create an adult relaxation space like a private hotel lounge. It’s perfect for watching movies with a projector, chatting with a glass of wine, or having a small party. The Japanese-style room on the same floor is a tatami space that can accommodate up to 2 people, so you can relax in the lounge and then rest on the same floor.
