VILLA SIRENA - POSITANO AREA Villa Sirena is located in a small hamlet, on the cliffs of beautiful Neapolitan coast. Within 300 metres you can find the nearest local shop and restaurant and at only 500m distance, there is a bus station. It is the perfect place for those looking for a romantic place to escape to, or groups of friends that want to discover the area. Positano town with its many bars, shops, restaurants and the beach is only 5km away. For a comfortable stay at the villa, we recommend a car; it can be parked at around 300 metres away in the pay & display parking on the street or in a public car park. The villa develops on 3 levels, over 250 square metres and comes with a private heated swimming pool, terraces and can be accessed from the street level by going down 70 steps. From the house it is possible to reach the center of Praiano, descending about 150 steps, or to use the public transport service: the stop is about 200 meters away. Private parking is available on request, for a fee, and is located about 400 meters from the property, or it is possible to park on the street (we cannot guarantee the availability of the space on the street). Casa Il Riccio is the ideal solution for a group of six people and is arranged over an upper and lower floor with no interconnection between each others and dedicated entrances. The upper floor consists of a large suite with induction cooker, living area and access to the bathroom with bathtub. The lower floor has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette.
