A leisurely stroll from the heart of Positano, Casa Colombo is the embodiment of elegant yet authentic Amalfi coast living. Enjoy the most incredible views from your private terraces, make the most of your indoor swimming pool and follow steps through the gated Mediterranean grounds to the shared outdoor pool and little beach below.
Inside this air-conditioned casa, the generous interiors host a living room with TV, music docking system and DVD player, alongside a beautifully tiled kitchen, perfectly equipped for al-fresco meals overlooking the Bay of Positano. If you prefer not to cook, fresh bread and croissants are delivered every morning and you can pay extra for fresh fruit, juice, local honey, cheeses and more. Light lunches and evening meals can also be arranged at the estate.
Welcoming up to 10 guests, Casa Colombo features three king-size double bedrooms and one twin, each with an en suite bathroom, alongside a fifth annexed double bedroom (with queen-size bed) separate to the main house. Most bedrooms enjoy terrace access and dreamy sea views to wake up to each morning. Another touch of luxury is the charming indoor swimming pool just for use by Casa Colombo guests.
Casa Colombo forms part of a gated complex adorned with citrus and olive trees, also home to four other residences. The shared swimming pool, cleverly built into the former fountain terrace, offers a refreshing retreat with sweeping Mediterranean views. Guests at the complex also enjoy private access via rugged steps to a secluded little beach, a rare gem in Positano. In July and August, a beach bar is set up on summer afternoons.
Perched on a cliffside on the edge of Positano, the village’s vibrant heart is just a leisurely stroll away with cafés, boutiques, cascading bougainvillea and iconic pastel stairways. You’re also within reach of the Sentiero degli Dei hiking trails, local art galleries and the historic Church of Santa Maria Assunta. For day trippers, Capri, Amalfi, Ravello and Praiano are all accessible via boat or car.

Casa Colombo enjoys a privileged location on the edge of Positano, part of a gated complex with four other residences set across the vast grounds of the cliffside with the most incredible sea views. You access the grounds on foot from the coastal road above, then follow the steep paths and steps down to your house. All guests at the complex share private access to a little bay, reached via more rugged steps, a wild spot with sand and crystal-clear water. In the height of the summer, a beach bar is set up in the afternoon.
Step outside and within moments you’ll find yourself immersed in Positano’s charm. Wander through winding lanes lined with pastel-hued houses, artisan boutiques and blooming bougainvillaea cascading over stone walls. Head downhill to Positano Spiaggia (750m), the main beach where iconic parasols paint the shore and elegant summer beach clubs serve cocktails with a Mediterranean view. For those seeking a slightly quieter atmosphere, Fornillo Spiaggia (1.2km) is a scenic walk away, offering a more relaxed setting and often fewer crowds.
The town’s picturesque harbour is your gateway to adventure. From here, embark on exhilarating boat trips along the Amalfi Coast – discover secret coves, glittering grottos or set sail to the glamorous island of Capri for a day of stylish escapades. For nature lovers, the nearby Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) is a must. This legendary trail winds high above the coast, treating hikers to awe-inspiring vistas of the sea and rugged cliffs.

Small dogs may be allowed (maximum 10kg), on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €250 per pet per stay will apply (payable locally). Please also note that the municipality of Positano has a large feline population that roams freely. Guests traveling with dogs are therefore kindly asked to exercise due caution.
