Casa Il Riccio is a typical Mediterranean villa recently and finely restored, characterized by barrel vaults and an exceptional sea view. It boasts a large garden, in the shade of a colorful and fragrant lemon pergola, fully equipped with an outdoor table and BBQ, as well as a large solarium area with a heated pool: ideal for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view. The location is in the heart of Praiano, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym. Casa Il Riccio is the ideal solution for a group of six people and is arranged over an upper and lower floor with no interconnection between each others and dedicated entrances. The upper floor consists of a large suite with induction cooker, living area and access to the bathroom with bathtub. The lower floor has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. To reach the house it is necessary to take a path of about 150 meters and about 10 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. Paid private parking is available at about 300 meters, upon request.
