Access to the villa itself involves 36-step staircase from street level. The house develops over two levels indoor. We first reach the top floor from street level, going down to the lower floor. TOP FLOOR This level is home to the main living area, where elegant design meets comfort and functionality. The spacious lounge is furnished with two inviting sofas, armchairs, and a dining table for ten, creating a warm, social atmosphere ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A modern kitchen, directly accessed from the lounge, offers everything you need for home-cooked meals with a view.
