VILLA DUCESE - AREZZO AREA Villa Ducese is a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in 1700 by the architects of Grand Duke Leopoldo di Lorena, with characteristic arches superimposed on the façade. The villa is located within a renowned winery. Within a short driving distance, 10 minutes drive, we can reach Arezzo with its many shops, restaurants, Cathedral, etc., while Florence is only an hour and a half away. On arrival day, guests will have a dinner offered by the owners and a welcome basket for next day’s breakfast. The first floor, thanks to a wooden ramp at the back of the villa, is also accessible for disabled. The villa develops over two levels, connected via an external staircase. On the ground floor, we have the entrance via a typical outdoor furnished loggia, a lounge with sofas and TV, large living room with dining area and kitchen.
