From here you go out to a bright, spacious veranda, with dining table and sofas, that communicates with the kitchen. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. A stone staircase at the entrance leads up to the first floor with the billiard room around which the bedrooms on this floor are arranged: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), both with en-suite bathroom with tub, another double bedroom and twin bedroom (with joinable beds) that share a bathroom with tub. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms, each with two queensize beds and en-suite bathroom with tub, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and, finally, a double bedroom (with queensize bed) and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) that share a bathroom with tub. Around 5000 sq m of park surround Villalta, characterised by lawn and bordered on the sides by the vineyards and olive grove of the property that stretch to the hilly horizon. In the beautiful, well-kept garden brightened by flowers, centuries-old cypresses and fragrant herbs, are various areas for sitting and relaxing. The large courtyard in front of the main entrance, under the shade of two large awnings, has been set up with a dining area with tables and chairs while, near the pool area, is a pergola, ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors with a barbecue and wood oven. In the area in front of the pool is a ping pong table. The property has two parking areas, located conveniently near the main entrances to the villa.

About the area
Arezzo, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Italy, is a destination that offers a rich tapestry of history, art, and culture. This charming city, less frequented by the tourist crowds that flock to its more famous neighbors, provides an authentic Italian experience steeped in tradition and beauty.
The city's medieval center is a treasure trove of historical architecture, with the Piazza Grande at its heart. This sloping square is surrounded by ancient buildings and is the site of the Giostra del Saracino, a traditional jousting tournament held twice a year that harks back to the Middle Ages. Visitors can feel the pulse of history as they wander through the cobblestone streets and explore landmarks such as the Romanesque-style Arezzo Cathedral and the imposing Medici Fortress.
Art enthusiasts will be drawn to the Basilica of San Francesco, which houses the stunning fresco cycle "The Legend of the True Cross" by Renaissance master Piero della Francesca. This masterpiece of early Renaissance art is considered one of the most significant fresco sequences in the world and is a must-see for any visitor to Arezzo.
Arezzo also boasts a vibrant antiques market, the Fiera Antiquaria, which takes place on the first weekend of every month. It's one of the largest of its kind in Italy, attracting collectors and enthusiasts from across the country. The streets and squares of the old town are filled with stalls selling everything from furniture to vintage jewelry, making it a paradise for treasure hunters.
The city's culinary offerings are equally enticing, with traditional Tuscan cuisine taking center stage. Local specialties such as Chianina beef, pecorino cheese, and the renowned Tuscan wines can be savored in the many restaurants and enotecas that dot the city.
For those looking to explore beyond the city limits, Arezzo's location in the Tuscan countryside makes it an ideal base for visiting the region's vineyards, picturesque hill towns, and the stunning landscapes that have inspired artists for centuries.
In essence, Arezzo is a destination that offers a blend of historical wonders, artistic splendor, and culinary delights, all set within the breathtaking scenery of Tuscany. It's a place where travelers can step back in time, indulge their senses, and experience the very essence of Italy.
