Casa Vallaca is a three bedroom charming country house completely renovated located in a peaceful natural setting, were you will be able to enjoy the peace of the country and the beauty of the area; a pleasure for the senses. This 150-year-old house that keeps some original features such as thick walls, has a Majorcan rustic style combined with a fresh décor. The terraces with outdoor furniture and the pool area enjoy wonderful open country views. Casa Vallaca is located a 15/20 minutes’ drive away to sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and amenities. From the entrance there is direct access to the dining room and to the TV room. The compact kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has access to the outside. Close by there is a shower room that holds the washing machine. A narrow wooden stair takes to the upper floor where we find the landing with a lovely corner with two armchairs. There we find the master bedroom with double bed, a twin bedroom and separated shower room. By the pool there is an outside double bedroom with compact shower room. Finca Herrera is a beautifully situated property within a site of over 1 hectare between Santanyí and Cala Figuera.
