This is a brilliant white, contemporary villa in the heart of
Cala D’Or in Mallorca. With a cool design aesthetic, this five bedroom
is the perfect, chic hangout for families and friends.
At the foot of the villa lies a spacious pool patio with plenty of sun
loungers and an inviting swimming pool, intricately tiled in mosaic.
There’s an outdoor dining table and ping pong, as well as a traditional
Spanish BBQ to enjoy tapas in the sun. Purpose built with a large
terraced extension, you’ll spend most of your day outdoors. A rattan
lounger and bench provides a shady place to catch up for a drink.
Glass doors lead into a comfortable living area with sofas, TV and
dining table. The fitted kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare
meals when you’re not enjoying the local cuisine in Cala D’Or. There

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
