This is a holiday country house for 6 people, set just outside the old village of Calonge in an elevated position, the delightful location of this villa, combined with the glorious far reaching views across the countryside to the shimmering sea, create a memorable impression when you first arrive at Torre Marinas. On entering through the arched, solid oak door is the reception hall and inner archway leading to the dining room, home to a solid teak dining table and twin sliding glass doors which open to the poolside terraces. A further inner archway leads to the very attractive lounge/drawing room with comfortable sofas and side door to the garden terrace. The modern pine fitted kitchen has a doorway to the side terrace. Adjacent is an attractive twin bedroom with teak fitted wardrobes and private access to the poolside terrace. From the reception area are two staircases. The main terracotta tiled staircase leads up to the landing area and onto the lovely master twin bedroom with ladies dressing area, oak fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and direct access to the furnished upper terrace - ideal for private sun bathing with magnificent far reaching sea views. The third bedroom with twin beds also has a dressing area, full en-suite shower room and views to verdant rolling hillsides. The second staircase leads down to the laundry room housing the washing machine. Outside, huge sun terraces, furnished with relaxing loungers, surround the magnificent mosaic tiled swimming pool. Close to the pool there is a metal pergola covered with a tarp for the hot summer days. License: ETV-540
