A witty piece of art - The Argument Corner is decisively set right by the entrance as you might have a difficult time choosing amongst the array of leisurely amenities starting right from the doorstep. Whether to watch your cinematic favourites as you lay on the cosy sofas, relish a delectable meal from the Anglo Indian Cafe & Bistro at the opulent 8-seater dining area or dive into the refreshing plunge pool that’s right by the living room - it’s going to be a tough choice, indeed! Each of the bedrooms either have direct access to the lawn or open up to a balcony with views and breeze that are no less than a whisper of solitude. After dark, when the sparkling moonlit sky lights upon the horizon, take the opportunity and let us set you an al fresco meal on the rooftop terrace.
If you’re a bigger group, there’s another majestic villa - Udaan, just a step away which can be booked along with Le Arc to accommodate larger groups.

The Space:
No matter where you look, in each nook, corner, and artefact at this home; you are sure to find an arch, a curve somewhere which is the most engrossing part of this stay. As you enter this abode, you will come across this tastefully designed living area surrounded by glass slides on all sides.
The living room overlooks the soothing facade, with muted tones and greenery and is decked with sofas that can seat up to 10 people, AC, a smart TV and Wi-Fi access. The lawn alongside offers an al-fresco dining experience as well. With seating for 5 to 6 people, a scrumptious breakfast by the pool is recommended.
The splash pool is 10x8 ft. with a 4 ft. depth, perfect to splash away and start your holiday in the most surreal way.
On the first floor is the entertainment room, equipped with an AC, sofa-cum bed and a TV for you to relax, unwind with a yoga session and enjoy the view this room offers.
There’s a balcony with chairs set up so you can enjoy your evening coffee here. And for a closer, more panoramic view of the Lonavala hills, head up to the terrace and let the fresh, wafting breeze flow through your hair.
With a rooftop dining set-up, you can enjoy some mimosas and desserts as you enjoy a relaxing time under the evening sunset.
The Rooms:
The same sense of design extends to the bedrooms of this home. The arches, the curves - right from the headboards to the hangers, every element of Le Arc is an experience in itself.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms in this home - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each of these rooms are equipped with plush amenities like a comfortable double bed, AC, a 55-inch smart TV, separate dressing areas, and Wi-Fi access. Extra mattresses can be provided. The bedroom on the ground floor offers direct access to the lawn whereas 2 of the bedrooms on the first floor offer L-shaped balconies with seating to relax and unwind by the views. The fourth bedroom offers airy windows and a compact balcony as well, which allows fresh sunlight and breeze to flow through all day.
As you tour the hour and walk through the rooms, you will know that this is a thoughtfully curated house perfect for everybody. Sit back, relax and sip on your favourite beverages while you look at the serene view beyond.
Bathrooms:
There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 3 powder rooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first and 1 on the terrace. Lavish toiletries, towels, geyser and a separate dressing area is offered in all the ensuite bathrooms.
CULINARY DELIGHTS & EXPERIENCES
- Guests can also enjoy a scrumptious feast of your favourite gastronomical delights at the in-house Anglo-Indian Café and Bistro.
- Guests are allowed to order outside food from platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and nearby restaurants, including Anglo Indian. Please note that there are no cooking facilities available for guests.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person.
SCRIPT YOUR STAY - WHAT A DAY HERE WOULD LOOK LIKE
Nestled in a calm natural setting, no matter which part of the house you decide to lounge in, it will always seem like pacifying in the lap of quietude. The living and dining area is just as striking - thanks to the large windows, the flurry of house plants, and handsome marble surfaces.
As well as letting in copious amounts of natural light, the glass slides lead out to a charming garden space with some seating for warm evenings. As evening falls, you can head to this garden space and have a scrumptious meal from the epic Anglo Indian Cafe & Bistro. A balmy evening by the pool with a chilled glass of wine paired with some mouth-watering Lime Chilli Prawns from the cafe would be a dream. If you’re a sky person, we can help you move this picnic up on the rooftop. Dine under the sunset hues while watching a panoramic view of Lonavala. After all, you need a magical spot to devour the irresistible culinary delights offered at this property.
If you wish to change the scenery a little bit, you don’t even have to go far to find things to do in the neighbourhood. Just a short drive away, there’s a peaceful spot you can enjoy irresistible bhuttas with a view of the Pawna Lake or head to Mapro Garden and let them spoil you with their unending spread of jams, crushes, squashes, ice creams and grilled sandwiches.
When you head back, end the night with some fun times in the lounge area before you snuggle in the comfortable bedrooms. Wake up to the tranquil sunrise & the echoed music of the songbirds that surround you at Le Arc.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is located within a gated community.
- A ₹15,000 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair accessible property.
- Please note that there is ongoing construction next to the property, which may cause some noise or minor inconvenience during your stay.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited at the property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
- Jio, Airtel, and Vi mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows once it’s dark during monsoon. Given the presence of greenery around, it is prone to insects or bugs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
