Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room with large windows that let in natural light. Include AC, TV, Wi-Fi and Sound System. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their own meals. It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a beautifully manicured 4000 sq. ft lawn featuring wooden benches. Ideal for a peaceful stroll or quality time with your furry friends. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 20ft x 10ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. HOUSE RULES AND HOME TRUTHS -Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. - Stags are not allowed to book this property. - Pets are allowed only on prior request. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property on prior request. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
