Located in the midst of nature, Ananda Villa is a property that is ideal for a weekend getaway! An effortless blend of white-washed exteriors and unique, heritage interiors featuring artefacts, this property oozes a certain royal charm. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.  - All rooms offer king-sized beds, AC, Wi-Fi access, attached bathrooms and a beautiful hill view.  - 2 rooms are equipped with an attached balcony and a TV.  BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and offers seating for up to 13 people.  - It offers a heater, cooler, Wi-Fi access and a wired music system.  - The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.  - The villa has 2 beautiful, lush lawns. One lawn provides seating for up to 5 people and the other can accommodate up to 15 people.  - There is a private pool. It is 28x17 ft. in size and 4.5-5ft. in depth. - There is a common balcony, on the first floor, overlooking the hills. It offers seating for up to 8 people.  - The verandah has multiple seating arrangements.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking.  - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1575 per person, per day, inclusive of taxes.  - Guests can also opt for individual meals; breakfast is available at an additional cost of Rs. 375 per person, per meal, lunch at Rs. 750 per person, per meal, high tea at Rs. 175 per person, per meal and dinner at Rs. 750 per person, per meal, inclusive of taxes. - Only vegetarian meals will be served and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa.In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like chess, cards and jenga. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and soak in the stunning views of the hills. They can request for a bonfire. Guests can also make the most of the lawns and indulge in several outdoor activities like cricket.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!  - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours.  - 200 metres leading up to the villa is rocky.  - Guests are requested to be careful around the artefacts.  - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi and Airtel work fairly well.  NEIGHBOURHOOD An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed only indoors.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Only male groups are not allowed.  - Outside food is not allowed.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.d. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
