The Space:
BEDROOMS
- The expansive home features 9 spacious bedrooms, each emanating a distinct characteristic and furnished with plush furnishings.
- There is 1 suite on the first floor, 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 5 bedrooms on the third floor.
- All the bedrooms offer an AC and Wi-Fi access.
- 7 bedrooms have comfortable king or queen-sized beds. The duplex bedrooms have a queen bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs.
- All bedrooms, except one on the third floor, have an ensuite bathroom.
- The room on the first floor is a suite with a queen bed in the interior room also offers a sofa-cum-bed, and TV in the exterior room. It opens up to an attached balcony overlooking the garden.
- A few bedrooms offer a wardrobe.
- 2 bedrooms on the third floor open to an attached balcony overlooking the serene garden.
BATHROOMS
- There are 8 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.
- All the bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided.
COMMON AREAS
- Set afoot and welcome spacious indoor areas, boasting scattered pockets of snug nooks and corners.
- There are 2 well-furnished living rooms - a poolside lounge on the ground floor and a formal living room on the first floor.
- The poolside lounge is eloquently furnished with L-shaped sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 15 people.
- The formal living room on the first floor also features lavish sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people along with Wi-Fi access, a portable music system and a TV.
- It opens up to a private balcony, replete with seating space for up to 4 people and offers soothing views.
- The living rooms are well-ventilated and are not equipped with an AC.
- There are 2 dining areas, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both are a component of the respective living areas.
- Both can seat up to 12 people.
- There is a cosy TV room on the first floor with snug seating arrangements.
- The exteriors feature 3 manicured gardens, perfect to host large gatherings and intimate events or even for a lazy stroll in the mornings.
- The garden leads up to the wooden tree-house ideal for kids, including ample seating space, overlooking the lush greenery around.
- Guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private, covered swimming pool, that can be used throughout the year.
- The first floor of the house boasts a uniquely designed entertainment and games room, equipped with a pool table, cards table and a variety of board games.
- Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the bar, which is complete with bar stools.
KITCHEN
- There are 2 kitchens in the villa - 1 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. Guests do not have access to the kitchen on the ground floor.
- Guests have doaccess to the kitchen on the first floor only for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- The meal packages include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and are subject to availability.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package. Outside food is not allowed.
- Hiring or bringing a cook along is not permitted.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION

Snuggle around the bonfire. Relax, disconnect and revel in with friends and family under one roof.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost, on request.
- Guests can access the lawn adjacent to the villa at an additional cost.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- For security purposes, CCTV cameras have been installed overlooking the outdoor spaces and kitchen for security purposes.
- There is a jacuzzi, however, it is not operational and will not be accessible to the guests.
- Guests do not have access to the master bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen on the ground floor.
- Kindly note, that there is no elevator at the premises of the property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- Smoking hookah indoors is strictly not allowed. If guests are found smoking hookah or cigarettes indoors, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be levied.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- As there is no lift in the villa, guests are requested to utilize the staircase.
-Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- As there is no lift in the villa, guests are requested to utilize the staircase.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ Property Manager representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
