This villa is a surprising and unique unit assuming that the designer had absolute free hands and greater visions when he designed this building. Its construction is in a minimalistic style though the interior decorating skills and creativity of the owners have made this home very inviting. When entering the villa a 400-year-old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are positioned well apart for total privacy. Two bedrooms are located directly to the right of the entrance. As you continue through the hallway another bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance. The Living Area is open plan where you find – on the entrance level to the right – the indoor dining area for 12 people and also the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room, kitchen, and recreational area are one level down. That is where you can also find a pool table. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. The master bedroom is spacious with a great en suite bathroom and walk-in closet with views of the pool area. In total, there are 5 bedrooms. Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area. The partly covered terrace with its quality terrace furniture as well as the lounge seating has an atmosphere of great cosiness. The pool can be heated during the low season (October – May) at an additional weekly cost. There are various sunbeds for sunbathing around the pool and jacuzzi. The property is located within a short distance of public transportation and shopping. And is very near the Port of Banus. We look forward to welcoming you. Upon entering the hallway, you are welcomed by a genuine stone backdrop and a corridor area for shoes and beach bags. There is a guest WC and then access to the first double bedroom to the right. Here there is a wall-mounted TV, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with tropical walk-in shower. Further on, on the entrance level, is the master bedroom with an industrial-style glass door entrance. This is a beautiful, spacious and luminous room. There is a TV, walk-in closets (with His and Her sides) and the en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone bathtub and walk-in rain shower. The room is finished with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that take you out to the garden. Further down the corridor there are two more double bedrooms, both en-suite with tropical walk-in rain showers and their own flat screen TVs and desks. One of the two has direct garden access. Down the stairs you can find the 5th bedroom. This is a spacious bedroom that is ideal for the kids. The exquisite open-plan kitchen (with a 6-person kitchen bar) features Gaggenau appliances, a wine fridge, an American-style double fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker. In keeping with the rest of the Villa, the kitchen is of high design and luxury products. In the centre of the terraced area is the beautiful swimming pool that features two staircases down into the water with a central plateau... perfect for little ones or for relaxing in the pool with a sundowner. Surrounding the pool are 6 designer sun loungers and 2 tropical-styled parasols. To the left of the pool, up a couple of steps, you find the outdoor dining area with seating for 10 and the open-air kitchen with integrated state-of-the-art BBQ and sink. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 17 EUR/person and a minimum 170 EUR fare per transfer applies. PRIVATE CHEF We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person. Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.
