Villa Tucan is a stunning Scandinavian-style villa, located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, second line to the famous golf course “Los Naranjos”. It is a beautiful fully renovated 4-bedroom villa that has been designed to the highest quality with luxury features and stylish decoration throughout the whole house and conveniently laid out over three floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan area that includes a beautiful and modern kitchen, dining and living area, as well as 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious contemporary-styled living room features a double-height ceiling, gas fireplace, and comfy lounge sofas. It is all decorated with similar lavish tones and surrounded by full-height glass windows making it a bright and luminous area. From the living room, we walk directly into the modern kitchen. It is fully equipped, bright, and features a breakfast bar with space for four. On the other side of the breakfast bar, we find the dining area. Stylishly decorated and with direct access to the terrace and pool area, this is a perfect area for those who prefer breakfast or dining in a calm setting, away from the sunshine. On the other side of the living room is a corridor that takes you to the three bedrooms. On the left-hand side, you will find the Master Bedroom. Spacious, double-height ceiling, direct pool area access, and with a Scandinavian high-quality double bed, this room is a treat to sleep in. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sink, and stylish bathtub. On the right-hand side, there are two more bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. The dining, living room, corridor, and Master Bedroom all provide direct access to the outside lounge and pool area. This chic area has wonderful views, sunshine all afternoon and evening, a large swimming pool with the option to heat, a lawn area, and an outside lounge and dining area. The swimming pool has a wooden decking with various sun loungers and incorporated palm trees. Adjacent to it you will find a pretty gazebo area with curtains and two more sun loungers. It is the best place for those that want to lie by the pool yet escape the sunshine for a moment. The pool has the option to choose the colour of lighting. This makes it a wonderful place to sit in the warm summer evenings with a good dinner or nice drink. On the lawn, there is a built-in coal BBQ. Furthermore, there is also a high-class gas BBQ by the dining area. On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth spacious bedroom, beautifully decorated with a double bed, and has its own en-suite with a shower. On the same level, you will find a fully equipped laundry room. Coming back inside we walk back into the living room where we take the staircase up to the chill-out / TV area. Here we find a big sofa, work desk and big screen tv with international channels available. This is an open area overlooking the living room hence you are private yet can still be in direct contact with the others in the living room or kitchen. This chill-out area gives access to the upper terrace where you will find another outside lounge. There is a parking space for one car within the gates.
