If you are looking for your next holiday accommodation, look no further. This villa is located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, with walking distance to shopping, supermarket, and restaurants and only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus’ famous port and beaches.
This villa is a surprising and unique unit assuming that the designer had absolute free hands and greater visions when he designed this building.
Its construction is in a minimalistic style though the interior decorating skills and creativity of the owners have made this home very inviting.
When entering the villa a 400-year-old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction.
All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are positioned well apart for total privacy. Two bedrooms are located directly to the right of the entrance. As you continue through the hallway another bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance.
The Living Area is open plan where you find – on the entrance level to the right – the indoor dining area for 12 people and also the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room, kitchen, and recreational area are one level down. That is where you can also find a pool table.
From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.
The master bedroom is spacious with a great en suite bathroom and walk-in closet with views of the pool area. In total, there are 5 bedrooms. Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area.
The partly covered terrace with its quality terrace furniture as well as the lounge seating has an atmosphere of great cosiness.
The pool can be heated during the low season (October – May) at an additional weekly cost. There are various sunbeds for sunbathing around the pool and jacuzzi.
The property is located within a short distance of public transportation and shopping. And is very near the Port of Banus. We look forward to welcoming you.
Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. This glamorous resort town is famed for its pristine Mediterranean beaches, upscale boutiques, and vibrant nightlife, making it a favorite among celebrities and discerning travelers alike.
The allure of Marbella lies in its ability to offer both the quintessential beach holiday and a taste of traditional Spanish culture. Marbella's coastline is dotted with a series of beautiful beaches, from the family-friendly sands of Playa de la Bajadilla to the exclusive beach clubs of Playa Nagueles. The clear blue waters and golden sands provide the perfect setting for sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water sports.
For those with a penchant for the finer things in life, Puerto Banús is the place to be. For outdoor adventurers, the surrounding Sierra Blanca mountains provide a stunning backdrop and a playground for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the natural beauty of the region. Several golf courses in the area also offer spectacular views and challenging play for golfers of all levels.
Culinary experiences in Marbella are diverse and delightful, with options ranging from beachfront chiringuitos serving fresh seafood to Michelin-starred restaurants offering innovative cuisine.
