After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts. Damage to keys set: € 50 Smoke fee in the property: 300 € The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
