Once you get off the main road, you will encounter narrow countryside roads for approximately 3-5 minutes until you get to the property. IMPORTANT: This property offers a power generator in case of an interruption in electrical service. LIVING AREA You will love the way the living area seamlessly integrates with the kitchen and beautiful terrace. There is a 4-person eclectic round dining table, comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, and AC. The room is furnished with serene colors and comfort in mind. The living room opens to the grand balcony, here is where guests will enjoy the expansive and beautiful views Rincon has to offer. The balcony has 4 chairs to enjoy a relaxing time soaking in the view.. Pao de Azucar has a laundry room with a washer & dryer, perfect for an extended stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The master suite has a king-size bed, 2 personal nightstands, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, AC, and an en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full and twin-size beds. Features include an AC and a sliding door closet. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability. KITCHEN Pao de Azucar’s kitchen is conveniently located in the living area. It offers a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, stove, blender, and basically everything you need for an extended stay. It has an additional 4-person seating in its counter area. GETTING AROUND & PARKING Pao de Azucar includes two (2) unassigned parking spots. Renting a car is a must when staying in Rincón. Ubers are not readily available in the area. There are many activities within 15 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate. LOCATION There are many things to do in Rincón, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known as "The town of beautiful sunsets." Staying at Rincón you will enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, delicious restaurants, and great surfing beaches. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated. NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable. The use of the following is strictly PROHIBITED: - Climate Control: Air conditioning. - Kitchen & Personal Care: Microwave and hair dryer. - Laundry: Washers and dryers. - Charging: Mobile phone or laptop chargers. Water Supply While water outages are uncommon, we are prepared. We have backup water tanks on-site. In the event of an external service interruption: - Minimum Use: Reduce water consumption to the essentials only. - Laundry: The use of the washing machine is suspended during the outage. Hurricane and Storm Policy We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature. - Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes. - Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability. Coco Chalet is a spacious 3 bedrooms 2 baths colonial modern-style beach house located in beautiful Camuy, Puerto Rico. The large villa is directly on the beach of Peñón Brusi. This beach is perfect for families and those looking to have a relaxing beach day. Coco Chalet includes a washer and dryer and features a stunning state-of-the-art pool (not heated), terrace, and deck. It is also walking distance from delicious restaurants, kiosks, bakeries, boardwalk, bars & nightlife. Located right in the heart of Camuy! IMPORTANT: THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is also a convenient window to the terrace you can use to send appetizers and drinks to folks outside. GETTING AROUND & PARKING The property includes two (2) parking spots for cars and one (1) additional small parking spot in case you decide to rent a golf cart. We strongly recommend renting a car to be able to move around the area. Ubers are not readily available and cannot be relied on. If looking to rent a golf cart so you can have direct access to the beach, we can provide the number of the rental companies on-site.   LOCATION Moonlight Villa is located at the Harbour Lakes community, within Palmas del Mar. Palmas del Mar offers a wonderful mile-long beach, multiple dining options, marina, tennis, and golf – among other offerings. The resort has miles and miles of running and cycling trails. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
