Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Preregistration required via email for each guest at least 3 days prior to arrival for ($10 nonrefundable wristband fee) per guest that must be worn at ALL times
- Adhere to Government guidelines for COVID19 requirements
- No Smoking within 25 feet of Condo and Shared spaces
- No parties, loud noise respect other guests excessive noise
- No pets allowed in this Condo
- Maximum 8 guests
- No visitors (only registered guests with wristband identification)
- Close and Lock doors and windows when you leave
- Only flush Toilet paper (selectively) down the toilet
- No shoes (place in basket inside the door)
- No illegal downloads
- No Candles
- No wet towels or clothing on the Furniture or linens
- Remove trash daily (if necessary) to the trash receptacle
- Run AC when windows and doors are closed respectively. (Power is expensive in PR) Please turn off lights when not in use
- Laundry service conservatively Please.
