Experience the best of beachfront living! While the building itself reflects its 1980s charm, with a worn exterior that tells its story, you’ll enjoy modern comforts—renovated lobby and elevator, reliable power backup, and uninterrupted water supply. Step inside your apartment to find a stylish, cozy retreat with breathtaking ocean views, just a few steps from the sand and sea. A perfect blend of unbeatable location and comfort!
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom: Queen Bed
• Living Room: Comfortable Sofa Bed
Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to the airport, and family-friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just within walking distance.
Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing, and Isla Verde beach!
If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It’s really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you are renting a car, you can find parking in the plaza across the street for a daily flat rate.
You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.
Home Truths:
- Power: Grid outages cut your unit’s electricity, A/C, and Wi-Fi until power returns.
- Sound: A lively beach town near the airport brings street noise, distant music, and occasional sirens.
- Building: A characterful 1980s beachfront condo, not a polished hotel, with a small, sometimes-slow elevator.
- Furnishings: Furniture, appliances, and finishes are clean and functional but show their age — comfortable and lived-in rather than newly renovated.
- Windows: Salt air leaves residue (salitre) and sand on the glass.
- Community: A gated residential building where families live year-round, so expect daytime music and neighborhood life.
- Parking for compact car only. Do not block other parking spaces.
