Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. I won’t be personally present at the property, but will be a call away for any kind of help. Our trained caretaker is available at the property to help you with any concerns and to make your stay comfortable. Villa is located in Awas, which is a 20 min drive from Mandwa Jetty. Various beaches is there in the vicinity, the closest one being Awas beach which is a 5 min walk from the villa. Private vehicles can be arranged at an additional cost. Guests can feel free to use the bicycles we have at the property. - Please note that our villa is a private homestay. So do expect a homely service - Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - We dont have a television available at the villa. - The villa has a full generator backup incase of any occasional power outages that occurs. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional.
