BATHROOMS (Private/Shared) There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder washroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience. LIVING ROOM 1 (Ground Floor) Greeting you with a luxurious ambience and expansive windows, this living room invites natural sunlight and provides direct access to the lawn. Unveiling luxury, this space embraces high-end comforts like Wi-Fi, and plush seating for up to 6 guests. There is no AC available in this living room. LIVING ROOM 2 (Ground Floor) Enter a captivating space adorned with a common balcony, offering an enchanting view and ample room to unwind. This space is replete with a cosy sofa-style seating for 6, complimented by Wi-Fi, however, an AC is not available. There is a pool table as well. DINING AREA (Ground Floor) Nestled within the intricately crafted living space, the dining area can seat up to 6 guests for shared moments of culinary delight. It is replete with an AC. KITCHEN (Light Cooking) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. PATIO & BALCONY (Private) The ground and first floor offer these two spaces, where one can unwind with their loved ones with a view. The patio offers a seating space for up to 5 people. LAWN (Private) Embraced by a lush canopy of trees, this lawn beckons you for a leisurely morning stroll. POOL (Private) A private outdoor pool, beckons as the ideal retreat—a serene spot to immerse yourself in cool waters and rejuvenate. The pool is 4 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Barbeque meals can be provided at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS - Guests do not have access to the owner’s unit on the same premises. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - A local remembrance ground is situated in the neighbourhood. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours. Alternatively, there is a 16 KVA generator that can support the entire villa. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker will be available till 11 PM, and the host resides on the premises of the property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - Ensure the property aligns with your group’s needs before booking. Refunds won’t be provided for dissatisfaction with the surroundings or suitability. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
