This home is located in a well known holiday resort in Busselton and is the perfect family or couples holiday accommodation right on the beachfront! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor villa with one of the bedrooms as mezzanine , is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is right on the beach to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City shopping and food precinct. Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, modern kitchen, walk-in robe to main bedroom, bathroom to main bathroom has an enormous spa to relax, balcony area with view over the resort facilities, and a very close proximity to the beach. The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen with full kitchen utensils, and laundry facility with washer and dryer. There is also Foxtel TV, Smart TVs in the main living. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days.
