Amenities shine in this holiday rental, with air conditioning and central heating ensuring year-round comfort. The luxuriously appointed bathrooms come complete with a bath tub and a hairdryer, amongst other essentials. The fully-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, armed with a dishwasher, microwave oven and more. Neighbouring Property Notice: - Neighbouring property will be undergoing a full renovation and roof structure upgrade, expected to continue for approximately 12 months. - Construction hours: typically Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (occasional Saturday work possible) - Noise: Some daytime noise may be heard during active construction phases. - Parking: Street parking may be limited at times due to trades vehicles and material deliveries nearby. - Access: The property’s driveway will remain accessible, though guests are encouraged to take care when entering or exiting. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
