It enjoys beautiful sea views from the terrace and pool area and here you will find the peace and quiet you need for a relaxing holiday. Its location is also ideal for visiting the island as the village of Tias is in the centre of the island, less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist centre of Lanzarote and 10 minutes from the airport. The house has a large swimming pool (with optional heating for a small extra) with sunbeds and shower. Next to it there is a nice private garden. From the large terrace with sea view, dining table and jacuzzi you have direct access to the outside pool area. The bedrooms are spacious and bright and 2 of them have en suite bathrooms.
