This beautiful Valencian “barraca” is one of three small houses located within this fully operational 15,000 m² vineyard. The houses are oriented in different directions, facing away from each other to ensure privacy for each one. Each cottage has its own facilities, sharing only two large parking areas, the gardens, and fruit trees. The master bedroom of “La Barraca” features an en-suite bathroom located in the attic. On the ground floor, a cozy living room welcomes you with a pellet fireplace, while a rustic-style dining area adds charm to the space. Just a step away, in a separate building, the spacious kitchen offers stunning views of the valley and the ocean, complemented by a second bedroom with bunk beds. Outside, a private pool is located next to the house, along with a terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. The 15,000 m² property is situated just one kilometer from the historic town center of La Orotava, where you can experience traditional Canarian lifestyle. The finca is only 5 minutes from the main highway that runs across the island. The southern international airport “Reina Sofía” is about a 1-hour drive away, while the northern airport is only 20 minutes away. A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy Tenerife. However, the nearest bus stop is just 40 meters from our doorstep, and you can also walk to the center of La Orotava in 10 minutes. Pellet fireplace – Please ensure the pellet fireplace is switched off before leaving the property and clean out the residue every 3 days for safe and proper use. If not cleaned regularly, there is a risk of malfunction or damage. Never use any fuel other than the pellets provided. Barbecue – Please make sure the barbecue fire is under control and kept away from any hazards, especially our large and beautiful pine tree.
