It’s a perfect location to maximize convenience yet be away from the noise of the nightlife of Condado. This street features oversized lots not found in other areas of San Juan. You will have more space inside the property and free onsite parking not available in most parts of San Juan! If you have a larger group, we also other homes on the same street. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation. No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours. If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000. Please rinse off before entering the pool, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the pool. No glass containers in or near the pool. We love Santaella restaurant which offers local cuisine with a modern approach and is in La Placita. Explore Calle Loiza, which is blocks from the apartment. This up and coming hip street is littered with funky dining and shopping options. Start off with a margarita at Acapulco and head down the strip stopping at Sabrina or Azucena for sophisticated Puerto Rican food. Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. We can help coordinate tours to this destination. Spend a day in Old San Juan. Casa Salinas is a fresh and spacious oceanfront home in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. This contemporary waterfront home can sleep up to 14 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. You and your group will love the amazing ocean views, private saltwater pool, and direct access to Bahía Salinas. The decor is "beachy," and there is plenty of space for large groups to gather and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Other highlights include a charcoal grill, exposed concrete details, AC in all bedrooms, ample parking, and washer and dryer. ACCESS TO THE BAY: Casa Salinas offers direct access to Bahía Salinas. The bay has a sandy shore but once you enter the water the sea bed becomes muddy. Bahía Salinas is not suitable for swimming, as mentioned earlier in the listing. Cross the street and visit the famous “Las Salinas” or The Salt Flats, which are one of the best and most visually interesting natural treasures in Puerto Rico. The flats are modified for the production of salt. Relax in the most popular beaches in the area. Some of our favorites include: Combate Beach, El Balneario de Boquerón Beach, and Buyé Beach. Rent Jet Skis at Boquerón Aquamarine Adventures. This is about 20 minutes away. Visit the town center of Boquerón. This is a bright two-bedroom, three-bathroom, ocean view apartment. It has great, comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, an ocean view balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and an elevator. There is a common pool which is beachfront. This complex is located on a great quiet where it’s not unusual to see wild horses, and in a quiet area of Rio Grande, not far from the El Yunque Rainforest and the SJU airport. The property is quiet and fairly secluded despite its convenient location. You even have to watch out for potential cows on the road at night! It’s the perfect place to start your day whether heading to attractions on the east side or metro area. Just a short drive from popular attractions to the east, like El Yunque rain forest National Park, Luquillo Beach and the neighboring food kiosks, Fajardo bioluminescent bay, boat/catamaran tours to the Fajardo keys for snorkeling or beach time; or head west to visit El Morro Fort, the Bacardi Rum factory, or Old San Juan for a stroll down the many pedestrian streets lined with shops and restaurants; Casa Cortés is a special treat.  Closer to the property are dozens of eateries and supermarkets, as well as an Outlet Mall with the Sector Sixty6 entertainment complex on site, featuring bowling, an arcade, go-cart racing, and a ropes course. Sea La Vie is a one-bedroom, 2 full-bath Moroccan-inspired luxury villa with a private plunge pool. The villa is steps away from a stunning infinity pool and the beach is a one-minute walk away. On this beach, you can enjoy a morning or afternoon dip, appreciate the scenery and let the waves caress your feet.  If you are looking to relax, enjoy quiet surroundings, and still have all the fun and action Rincón has to offer a short drive away, then this is the place for you!  IMPORTANT NOTE #1: This villa is not located at The Horned Dorset Hotel (which is closed). It is located at the Villas at Horned Dorset, directly beside the hotel. The common areas and pool of the Villas are in pristine condition. Once you get off the main road, you will encounter narrow countryside roads for approx 3-5 minutes until you get to the property. IMPORTANT NOTE #2: The complex offers a full-size generator & water tank in case of an interruption in electrical or water service. It also features Fios high-speed internet and cable TV.  IMPORTANT NOTE #3 - PLUNGE POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool man has to access the outdoor patio every Thursday during the morning to clean the plunge pool. LIVING AREA You will love the way the living area seamlessly integrates the beautiful garden and ocean views. There is a 2-person dining table, central AC & TV (inside the antique armoire). The terrace has a private plunge pool overlooking a tropical garden with a 4 person dining table, great for having breakfast, lunch, or a romantic dinner. There are 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing in privacy. The living area features a full bathroom with shower.   SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The master suite is located on the second level of the villa. Upstairs, the ocean views get even better. The villa offers a four-poster mahogany king-size bed, Amalfi ceramics, hand-carved furniture, and a separate sitting area. The grand suite has a luxurious bathroom covered from floor to ceiling with white Carrara marble and features a beautiful oversized freestanding white porcelain bathtub, a shower and His & Hers sinks.  PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. LOCATION There are many things to do in Rincón, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known as "The town of beautiful sunsets." Villa Primavera is a one-bedroom, 2 full baths, privately owned luxury property with a private plunge pool on the terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This complex offers a full-size generator & water tank in case of an interruption in electrical or water service. The villa is steps away from a stunning shared infinity pool and the beach is a one-minute walk away. On this beach, you can enjoy a morning or afternoon dip, appreciate the scenery and let the waves caress your feet.  If you are looking to relax, enjoy quiet surroundings, and still have all the fun and action Rincon has to offer a short drive away, then this is the place for you!  IMPORTANT NOTE #1: This villa is not located at The Horned Dorset Hotel (which is closed). It is located at the Villas at Horned Dorset, directly besides the hotel. The common areas and pool of the Villas are in pristine condition. Once you get off the main road, you will encounter narrow countryside roads for approx 3-5 minutes until you get to the property. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The master suite is located on the second level of the villa. Upstairs, the ocean views get even better. Check out a new restaurant called La Serina, a great Tiki bar and sushi bar located downtown.  Relax at the secluded beach, private plunge pool, and infinity pool at The Villas at The Horned Dorset. This oceanfront property has a private area where guests can wet their feet in the ocean and soak up the sun. The apartment includes beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. Visit the local beaches like Steps, Maria’s Beach, Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Corcega. Take a picture at the beautiful "El Faro Lighthouse" at Punta Higuero. Watch an afternoon of surfing at Marías Beach and stop for a drink at the Calypso Bar which is right by the beach. Take a paddleboard tour with the folks at Rincon Paddle Boards  STARTER AMENITIES At Property Manager Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay. All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include: - 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom) - 3 garbage bags - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom) - 1 dish soap - 1 dish sponge Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay. Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation. HOUSE RULES RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated. NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 2 adults/children at all times, including visitors. OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund. TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items. TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated. SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that. If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you. TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues. Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased.
