This spacious retreat features a private infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Ocean, perfect for relaxation. Casa Rosa offers a sustainable yet luxurious stay as it is equipped with solar panels, a water cistern, AC in each bedroom, a modern kitchen, and a gas grill. Enjoy the spacious living areas and trade winds that flow through the villa, enhancing the tropical ambiance. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool or exploring the beauty of Rincón, Casa Rosa provides the ideal setting for a memorable vacation.
IMPORTANT NOTES: THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE. ONE AT THE FRONT DOOR (MOTION SENSORED RING STYLE SECURITY CAMERA) AND ANOTHER FACING THE GARAGE DOORS (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF THE GARAGE TO PARK CARS I NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL - ONLY ACCESS THE GARAGE FROM THE LIVING ROOM)
ADDITIONALLY, WHILE WE ALLOW FAMILIES AT THE UNIT, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW THE PICTURES BEFOREHAND AS A SECURITY MEASURE - SPECIFICALLY THE AREAS AROUND THE POOL.
LIVING AREA
Step into the spacious living room, where 16 accordion doors open up to the pool deck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The bright and airy space is ideal for lounging and entertaining; a Bluetooth speaker is available as well as plenty of seating for everyone to gather comfortably. The living room includes half bathroom.
Casa Rosa also includes a washer and dryer, ideal for extended stays. These are not visible in the pictures but they are located in the garage.
This space does not have AC - open the doors and windows and the space will receive ample natural breeze. There are also ceiling fans.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Casa Rosa features three large but minimalist bedrooms.
The first two bedrooms are located on the top floor - each with its own king bed, AC unit and ensuite bathroom with shower, providing a luxurious retreat for guests.
The largest room is located downstairs. Once you enter the room, you’ll find door to the left which features a private bedroom with a king bed, AC, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. To the right, it includes a separate sleeping area which has a bunk bed with two twin beds, a bathroom with a tub, a sofa, kitchenette, AC, and 50” Smart TV.
AIR CONDITIONING NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE THE AC’S ARE TURNED ON, MAKE SURE THAT THE BEDROOM DOORS ARE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING THE DOORS OPEN WITH THE AC ON WILL ONLY DAMAGE THE UNITS.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, stocked with all the essential kitchen gadgets, gas stove, dishwasher and featuring a gas grill on the patio with an additional sink. Prepare home-cooked meals for your family and friends while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
POOL AREA AND VIEW
The highlight of Casa Rosa is undoubtedly its private infinity pool, where you can cool off and unwind while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. Multiple decks around the house offer plenty of space for relaxation and privacy, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the tropical warm air and stunning sunsets.
PLEASE DO NOTE THAT THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. The warm weather on the island takes care of that.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
This property is located in Rincón and you will need a car to explore the island and all the amazing beaches - Domes, María, Sandy, and Tres Palmas are all located approximately 10 minutes away from Casa Rosa.
Please note that the last 3 minutes of the drive is on a narrow road. Due to this, we strongly recommend arriving before it gets dark outside, which is typically between 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Casa Rosa has outdoor parking space for up to four (4) vehicles. **The garage is not available to park cars inside**
LOCATION
Nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood, Casa Rosa offers a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Located in Rincón, known for its stunning sunsets and winter whale sightings, Casa Rosa is the perfect base for exploring this vibrant coastal town.
Rincón is a mecca for surfers of all levels, with beaches like María’s, Sandy, Tres Palmas, and Domes offering fantastic waves. Domes Beach hosts an annual international surfing competition and various beach festivals. Beginners can take lessons at local surf schools - there’s one at Sandy at another one at María’s Beach.
Beyond surfing, Rincón offers plenty of water activities. Explore the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, known for its beautiful corals and diverse marine life, ideal for snorkeling. In winter, you might even spot humpback whales.

STARTER AMENITIES
At Property Manager Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 8 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
