This residence offers four bedrooms, providing ample space to comfortably accommodate family groups or friends. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for the occupants. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a single bed, offering flexibility to accommodate an additional guest. The third bedroom has three single beds, while the remaining bedroom has two single beds. The property has a large living room with a traditional fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent to the dining room is an outside access to a covered patio with a dining area and barbecue. The garden, adorned with some endemic plants, offers a tranquil setting, while an adjacent agricultural area features a variety of fruit trees, such as pears, avocados, papayas, pitayas and tangerines. Outside, there is also an additional toilet, an attached laundry room, a private wine press and a private gazebo overlooking the north coast. AREA The house is located on the north coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Ponta Delgada, in the municipality of São Vicente. Take advantage of your stay to explore the area! Take in the views over the north coast of the island by visiting the viewpoints closest to the accommodation. Visit the Miradouro da Ponta Delgada and the Miradouro da Ponta Delgada (East). There is also a pharmacy near the accommodation, mini markets, a petrol station and some bars and restaurants. In the surrounding area you’ll find other tourist attractions such as the Miradouro da Ladeira, the Miradouro da Roca and the Miradouro do Bom Jesus. São Vicente is a 10-minute drive from the parish of Ponta Delgada. There are a few places to visit, such as Levada da Fajã do Rodrigues, for a nature walk, or Quinta do Barbusano, for a guided tour of the vineyards and a wine tasting. Funchal is around 40 minutes away by car. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
