Villa Alkinoos is a stone built holiday home, located amid the olive grove of a private landscape, in Makratika neighbourhood, just a two minutes drive from Gaios, Paxos, with lush gardens, private pool (10 X 5 m) and lovely surrounding terraces. Alkinoos boasts a wonderful garden, air-conditioning, a lot of dining al fresco facilities, private parking and it is really spacious for a family or party of 6 persons, in three bedrooms. Layout The front staircase lands on a stone paved terrace on the left hand side of the main entrance of the house, which opens into a living area, fully furnished and decorated with a fireplace. At the back, via an archway, there is a dinning space and a fully equipped kitchen, (with a back secondary door to the other areas of the house). On the right hand side of the living room is a hallway to the three bedrooms. The first one is a double, the next is the Master bedroom, with doors opening onto the front balcony and the third one a twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, whilst the third is supported by a fan. All three of them share a modern spacious shower room.
