Villa Triantafyllo is a charming holiday property located in the elevated neighbourhood of Kentroma, in Gimari, overlooking Agni and Kalami Beach, with a private pool, stunning sea views, and lovely balconies, and it is fully air-conditioned. It is fully furnished and offers spectacular views over the Ionian Sea, all the way up to the Albanian and Greek Mainland coasts.
Triantafyllo is a detached villa, spacious for a family or party of six persons and it is set on two levels.
The front road gate, via a few steps, leads to the villa’s main entrance on the ground floor, which opens into an open-plan lounge and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen and a guests’ shower room. French doors open to the front balcony, which is along the length of the building. The kitchen’s side door opens onto a second furnished balcony and terrace, with a fixed BBQ and views over Agni and Kalami Bay.
An interior staircase joins the ground floor with the lower level, which houses three bedrooms with en-suite showers, each one of them and a study room at the back. Two are double, and the third is a twin. All bedrooms enjoy stunning views from their front balconies.
A lovely pool is nicely put on the right-hand side of the lounge area and the upper balcony, with sunny terraces, loungers and sun umbrellas. Pool towels are available. (Pool towels are provided for free by the owner).
