Euphonia Residence, a modern stylish house, built in 2023, is a brand-new place to stay in Porto Heli, combining peace and quiet with a luxurious way of life. Our villa is made of stone and was built in alignment with the traditional style of the area. However, the interior was created in a modern way by choosing each piece of decor one at a time. This gives our guests a comfortable feeling during their stay. The 160 m2 building has two comfortable en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen with a large living room and a private pool. When you walk through the fancy "yellow" door, you’ll find yourself in a wide open and comfort space with a living room and an open kitchen. As a welcome gift a bottle of wine will be wait for you in the fridge to enjoy it during your stay. The living room has a large build in sofa ideal to read a book, play games or gather with your friends. Also, the 2 big parallel sliding glass doors let in natural light from sunrise to sunset. The house can be used for vacation at any time of the year as it provides both heating (by a modern fireplace and underfloor heating) and cooling (through air condition and fans in all spaces) that blends in with the design of the building. You can cook delicious meals for yourself and your guests in our well-equipped kitchen. There are many ways to make "gastronomic" dishes, and why not try Greek recipes? The hand-made wooden table can seat up to 8 people. The fun continues in the villa’s outdoor areas, where meat-lovers can use the BBQ corner in the back yard, or relax on the front terrace under the mood lighting.
