As soon as you reach the property, you are welcomed by the beautiful garden, filled with grapes, orange, lemon and pomegranate trees whilst the picturesque cobbled paths lead you to a cornucopia of rose bushes, wild flowers and bougainvilleas. The inviting patio is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze in the afternoon, while the 50 sq m pool, overlooking the sea, is always inviting for sunbathing, diving into the cool waters or even a romantic night swim under the stars. If you enjoy a bit of exercise, a small basketball court is at your disposal. The pool bar and BBQ offer you the opportunity for light snacks, cool drinks or fun BBQ nights by the pool. A cobbled path leads from the pool area directly to a secluded fishing spot. The interior of the villa is inviting, with cozy décor, breathtaking views and spacious rooms. The living room is joined with the dining room, offering a comfortable sitting area with TV, dvd player, wifi, and a small office station with all the essentials (pc, printer, fax).
