The upper level is the heart of Reefwatch, with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas designed around the incredible ocean views. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while the slow combustion fireplace creates a warm and inviting place to gather during the cooler months. With living areas upstairs and downstairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the home in their own way. Gather together for meals and conversation, or find a quiet corner to relax and take in the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space and everything needed for easy holiday cooking. Reefwatch comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms: • Master bedroom – Queen bed, ocean views and private ensuite. • Bedroom 2 – Queen bed. • Bedroom 3 – Queen bed. • Bedroom 4 – Two single beds. A main bathroom downstairs and upstairs powder room provide extra convenience. For bookings of 5 guests or more, all bedrooms are available. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, the fourth bedroom will remain locked unless requested for an additional $40 per night. This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250. No parties, no schoolies. Must be 25 years of age to book. A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay.
