Originally built in 1920, the home has recently been refreshed while retaining the character and charm that make older beach houses so special. With a relaxed surf-coast feel, quality furnishings and comfortable living spaces, there’s plenty of room for families and friends to spread out and settle in. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, Little Bird offers one King bedroom, one queen bedroom and a third and fourth bedroom with two king single beds each, making it just as suited to family holidays as it is to weekends away with friends. There is one large, modern bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet, then a second toilet in the laundry. The backyard has recently been transformed and is one of the home’s best features. New lawn creates a beautiful open space to enjoy throughout the day, while the custom-built timber daybed is the perfect spot to stretch out with a book, enjoy the afternoon sun or simply slow down for a while. Outdoor dining completes the space, creating an easy setting for long lunches, summer dinners and relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. With parking for up to four vehicles, there’s plenty of room for larger groups or families travelling together. Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay.
