Upstairs is The Goodale Overlook, which is a spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath unit with great views of the Park. This unit is on the second and third level. The 2nd floor space has a kitchen, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living room that over looks the park. Up on the 3rd level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with large bathroom. Enjoy the views! Reserving this listing will allow your group exclusive use of the fenced backyard. Also there are 2 off-street parking space for free in the rear of the property. This space is 2 total spaces, and 1 for each apartment is included with your rental. Uber and Lyft are quick in this area. Lime and Byrd scooters are another great option. There is a bus system with a stop close by. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). This is a ranch home and there are no steps. This is a quiet location and very peaceful! This place is great for short and mid-term stays for folks needing to be near Cincinnati, Dayton, Mason, West Chester, Middletown, and Springboro. WE are near Kings Island, flea markets, Cincinnati Premium outlets, and the Casino. This pet-friendly home is great for folks needing transitional housing wile dealing with life events and changes.
