The house was recently built and features a spacious backyard with a heated pool, ping-pong table and outdoor dining area that will guarantee you a unique stay in Costa del Sol. The house is located on a peaceful street only 2 minutes away from Benalmadena Port and 3 minutes from the beach. ⚠️ Please note that by making a reservation, you agree that garden and pool maintenance may take place during your stay. No interior areas will be accessed. Thank you for your understanding. The villa features a spacious backyard with various areas: - The swimming pool with 4 chaise longs. - Big outside dining area - Parking area - 2 lounge zones with furniture. - Barbecue. The parking can accommodate 2 cars. Free street parking spots may be available in front of the villa. Every detail of the house of 128 square meters has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. The entrance opens to a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The dining area in front of the kitchen has a big table for 6 and a bar table with high chairs. There are 4 bedrooms: - The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, an open closet, a double bed and a single bed. - The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed. - The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a desk that will be perfect for remote workers, and an open closet. - The 4th bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables.
