This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a private pool, a large covered terrace, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Located just a 5-minute drive from the beach and close to some of the area’s best dining options, Casa BQN offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SECOND FULL BATHROOM IS LOCATED IN THE POOL AREA AND IS NOT WITHIN THE MAIN PROPERTY. GUESTS MUST STEP OUTSIDE TO ACCESS IT, AND THE PATH IS NOT COVERED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING. LIVING AREA Step into the inviting living room at Casa BQN, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two arm chairs, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living area has a/c for your convenience. The living area flows seamlessly into the covered terrace, providing a spacious outdoor area to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. OUTDOOR SPACES Casa BQN offers an amazing outdoor experience with the centerpiece being the pool. The outdoor living space is a standout feature, with a cozy, covered terrace complete with comfortable seating, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy dinners al fresco, or create wonderful memories chatting with your group. IMPORTANT: POOL MAINTENANCE The pool at Casa BQN is cleaned every Wednesday, typically before noon. The person in charge will enter through the side of the home to perform the maintenance. They do not need access to the home, nor for anyone to be present at the unit. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know before booking the unit. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms feature cozy queen beds and plenty of storage space. The main bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms, while the second bathroom is accessible from the pool area, adding an extra layer of convenience. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability. Renting a car is a must when staying in Aguadilla. There are many activities within a 15-30 minutes driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate. Ubers are not readily available in the area and cannot be relied on. LOCATION Situated just a short 5-minute drive from the beach, this home offers easy access to Aguadilla’s beautiful coastline. This space does not have AC - open the doors and windows and the space will receive ample natural breeze. There are also ceiling fans. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Casa Rosa features three large but minimalist bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are located on the top floor - each with its own king bed, AC unit and ensuite bathroom with shower, providing a luxurious retreat for guests. The largest room is located downstairs. Once you enter the room, you’ll find door to the left which features a private bedroom with a king bed, AC, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Limón y Playa is a one-bedroom, 2 full-bath luxury villa with a private plunge pool. The villa is steps away from a stunning infinity pool, and the beach is a one-minute walk away. On this beach, you can enjoy a morning or afternoon dip, appreciate the scenery and let the waves caress your feet. If you are looking to relax, enjoy quiet surroundings, and still have all the fun and action Rincón has to offer a short drive away, then this is the place for you! IMPORTANT NOTE #1: This villa is not located at The Horned Dorset Hotel (which is closed). It is located at the Villas at Horned Dorset, directly beside the hotel. The common areas and pool of the Villas are in pristine condition. Once you get off the main road, you will encounter narrow countryside roads for approx 3-5 minutes until you get to the property. IMPORTANT NOTE #2: The complex offers a full-size generator & water tank in case of an interruption in electrical or water service. IMPORTANT NOTE #3 - PLUNGE POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool man has to access the outdoor patio every Thursday during the morning to clean the plunge pool. No exceptions. LIVING AREA You will love the way the living area seamlessly integrates the beautiful plunge pool and garden views. There is a 2-person dining table and central AC. The room is elegantly furnished and has a TV for sophisticated relaxation by the Caribbean Sea. The living and dining room opens to the terrace via two gorgeous wooden doors. The terrace has a private plunge pool overlooking a tropical garden with a 2-person dining table, great for having breakfast, lunch, or a romantic dinner. There are two lounge chairs for sunbathing in privacy. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The master suite is located on the second level of the villa. Upstairs, the views get even better. The villa offers a four-poster mahogany king-size bed, Amalfi ceramics, hand-carved furniture, and a separate sitting area. The grand suite has a luxurious bathroom covered from floor to ceiling with Carrara marble and features a beautiful oversized freestanding white porcelain bathtub, a shower, and His & Hers sinks. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability. KITCHENETTE The kitchenette is located on the 1st level of the villa. It offers a small refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, a single burner portable stovetop, coffee maker, a blender, and basic pots and pans for simple cooking. GETTING AROUND & PARKING We strongly recommend renting a car, as there are a multitude of activities within a 15-30-minute drive that you will not want to miss out on. Also, Uber is not readily available in the area, which is why it’s important to have your own means of transportation. The villa includes one (1) unassigned parking spot. Guests have unrestricted access to all spaces inside of the home and the amenities offered. We only keep a housekeeping storage closed at all times. It is prohibited to access these closets. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle to move around Arecibo. Uber is not reliable in the area. ACCESSIBILITY The property has steps that lead to the entrance of the home. To access the house you must climb the steps WASHER & DRYER In unit washing and drying machines are available for all guests. WATER HEATER The water heater works well on both showers and kitchen. The second bathroom’s sink does not have hot water. POOL MAINTENANCE In order to guarantee the best hygiene, our pool technician comes by in the morning two times a week, Mondays and Thursdays. Your host will get in contact with you in case your stay coincides with maintenance day to ensure you’re aware that the technician will be cleaning the pool.
