On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and access to a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with steam shower with built-in infrared sauna (lovely after an active winter day) and an additional toilet room. In the loft there is a nice living room with table football and several board games as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Free internet. 4 bicycles and an inflatable rubber raft with paddles available, as well as fishing rods and crab traps. In the immediate vicinity are silky rocks with wonderful opportunities with a fishing rod and several beaches for swimming. Several hiking trails and excursion opportunities, for example to Jettegrytene on Sild or to one of the well-known towns along the coast. As well as having the sea right on the doorstep, there are also great opportunities for hikes in the woods, picking berries and mushrooms according to season. Hiking trail to Hisåsen, a fantastic vantage point towards Risør in the east and Lyngør in the west. Right below the cabin, you will find the Sandnesfjord, where there is a 15-foot boat with 25 hp for rent. If you don’t want to drive a boat yourself, call a taxi boat and take a trip to Lyngør, Norway’s best-preserved little town, or Stangholmen just outside Risør town with concerts in the summer. At Sørlandet Feriesenter, 2.5 km away, there are several outdoor pools in the summer, a ball pit, a large jumping pillow as well as a mini golf course and a playground. Tennis courts at Hope a little further. We recommend a visit to the saltwater aquarium in Risør or the Maritime Museum in Gjeving (15 km), as well as “The Little Zoo” with tropical rainforest on Brokelandsheia, approx. 33 km away. At Nes Verk (29 km) there is a golf course and Ironworks Museum with tours of the Solberg Mine. In winter, there are several cross-country trails in the area, otherwise you can take a trip to Vegårshei Ski and Activity Center, only 33 km away.

The main view from the cabin is down on Holmevatnet with picturesque small islands and further into Skurdalen and Høgåsen (Hardangervidden). Right outside the cabin is a beautiful forest with an idyllic little stream. Here, both children and adults can enjoy nature. In this modern and spacious cabin of over 180 m2, you have plenty of space for the whole family. On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen with dining space for 10 people. There is also a spacious living room with fantastic views. On the ground floor, there are also 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a laundry/technical room. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, 160x200, and the final bedroom has a bunk bed of 150x200/80x200. Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. Tind is a distinctive old fishing village, and this authentic rorbu from 1890 has been renovated and updated for your comfort. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom feature underfloor heating. The cabin is 54 square meters with an additional 12 square meters in the loft. It’s ideally suited for 4 people but can accommodate two more in the loft—please note, it’s not suitable for older individuals or small children due to the stairs/ladder. Private parking is available just 5 meters from the cabin. The outdoor space is shared with the neighboring cabin.

This new and modern cabin has a fantastic location in Ballstad. Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows you have spectacular views of the sea, the harbor and the Lofoten mountains. The cabin has a high standard and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 7-8 beds: Two of the bedrooms have a regular double bed, and one bedroom has a regular double bed and a 120 cm wide bed. There is one large bathroom on the ground floor, and a toilet upstairs. The cabin has a large terrace. If the weather permits it you can enjoy your meals outside, or perhaps you prefer to sit there and enjoy the northern lights or the midnight sun? Ballstad is the largest fishing village in Lofoten and is bustling with life. The town has almost a thousand residents. It offers easy access to Leknes (approximately 10 minutes), Svolvær and Henningsvær (a little over an hour), and Reine (1 hour). In Ballstad, you’ll find a grocery store and restaurants. Ballstad lies right in the middle of the Lofoten chain of islands, and it is the perfect, pittoresque starting point for hiking trips and day excursions. In Ballstad you´ll find boat rentals, fishing trips, kayak rentals, and other activities.
