This unit has a master bedroom with king size bed, 2 night stands, TV on wall, on suite full bathroom and closet. Down the hall you will find another full bathroom. Living room has large TV mounted on wall, sitting chairs and coffee table. Terrace off kitchen for 2. 2 beach chairs 1 umbrella, and beach towels. This building has everything you need, full AC Gym, community work space with AC, 2 roof top decks and 24/7 security/front desk. During your stay, we can be reached in case of questions or emergency. The building staff includes maintenance should there be any need during your stay. The building has a pool side restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a full bar. They provide pool-side service as well. There is a small convenience store on premise that offers essential you may need during your stay. There is a bus stop right outside the building and the public buses are inexpensive and run every 20 minutes. They are safe and convenient. Taxis and Uber are also available. The store and restaurant take cash only. We issue your invoice. We provide Mexico Tax Compliant Receipts. We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.
