The SITTING AREA features a large sofa and a Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta complex is APPROXIMATELY 13 km | 8 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car. As part of the condominium’s sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules.
