Ferry services are available nearby to take you to the many towns and villages scattered around the lake. The lakeside road also gives you easy access to nearby Bellagio and the other neighbouring towns of Pognana, Nesso and more, while Como is just 30 kms away. The Villa offers accommodation on three floors with balconies and terraces to enjoy the lake view and of course eating ’al fresco’. You can access the lake directly from the property and take in the sun from the pebbled beach in front of the property, water levels permitting. Or you can simply stay within the property grounds under the shade of the trees to relax on the sun loungers. There is a BBQ available at the property. There are 4 steps into the property from the grounds and you can drive right up to the entrance door.
