This is a bright and modern home with lots of nice touches. The kitchen and dining are one large room and double doors lead out onto the patio area at the side with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has a cosy open fire and TV with free wifi available throughout. There is a guest toilet downstairs. All three bedrooms are upstairs and each is ensuite. They all have a double bed in them and two have showers, with the third having a bathroom with a bath and shower over it. All bed linen and towels are provided however we always recommend that you bring along extra towels if you plan to go to a beach locally or for a swim in the pool at the Kenmare Bay Hotel (you can pay as you go). The garden is small and to the rear of the house. It backs onto the golf course. The best sun trap is the side of the house where the patio and outdoor table and chairs are best placed. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars. As this is a residential estate we would ask that you respect your neighbours while enjoying your stay with us.
