The pool is 32ft X 9ft with a depth of 4.3ft. The kids pool is 10ft X 6ft with a depth of 3.9ft.
Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The road leading up to the villa is concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Please note that swimming pool will not be operational from 11th July to 31st July.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any bugs and insects due to the villa location.
- This property is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The heated pool requires 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature; while it may be usable after 24 hours, full heating is typically achieved in 48 hours.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
