The Location - The property is situated on the edge of Tomaree National Park. From the back yard there is private access to National Park walking trails, turn left and the track takes you to Box Beach (9 min walk), Wreck Beach, Stephens Peak, Shoal Bay Shopping Village/Cafe’s (20 min walk), Shoal Bay Beach and also Tomaree Mountain. If you turn right, the track takes you to the Fingal Spit, Fingal Island and the concrete bike/walking track to Fingal Bay. Box Beach is the closest beach and only 700m away, it is a picturesque unpatrolled beach that offers amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. If you are seeking patrolled beaches Fingal Beach is only 1.6km away where you will find a lovely reserve with a playground, picnic tables, BBQ’s and an off leash dog exercising area. There is a lovely cafe and restaurant upstairs at the surf club. Shoal Bay offers a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as a pristine sandy beach. The House - Entering on the ground level you are greeted by a huge entry foyer. Upstairs is emphasized by natural light and high beamed ceilings, creating a warm and spacious environment.
