Dutchies Beach Oasis is a charming, fully renovated beach house in Nelson Bay, minutes stroll to family friendly Dutchies Beach. A leisurely 10 minute walk into Nelson Bay’s CBD and delightful marina, or enjoy the paved waterfront pathway into Nelson Bay, where the kids can ride scooters with harbour views. With its four sumptuous bedrooms, four designer bathrooms, spacious open plan living area and outdoor zones this character filled coastal cottage effortlessly accommodates up to 10 guests (max eight adults). There is the beautiful azure blue swimming pool, where the family is sure to spend hours playing and relaxing. Dutchies Beach has calm harbour water, golden sands, gas BBQs, picnic tables, bathrooms and children’s play equipment.
Dutchies Beach Oasis ingenious floor plan allows guests plenty of dreamy spaces where guests can retreat for quiet relaxation as well as a multitude of spacious entertaining areas, both inside and out, where friends and family can congregate and come together to enjoy each others company and share holidays feasts.
The open plan living area exudes coastal character and looks over the pool, grassy garden, outdoor island with built-in BBQ, and large outdoor dining setting for poolside alfresco dining. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, huge dining table and a plush lounge room with TV and an open fire place (winter).
The master bedroom opens onto a balcony, overlooks the pool and garden, with an ensuite, TV, and king bed. A cosy children’s room adjoins the master bedroom and houses a bunk bed suitable for two children. The second bedroom with ensuite, opens onto the balcony and overlooks the pool. It features two long-single zip beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed upon request. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Separate from the main home is a detached studio, which has an ensuite, lounge, TV and two long-single beds which can make a king bed.
Dutchies Beach Oasis has a laundry with washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car as well as street parking, free WiFi, a bathtub, air-con in the main house and ceiling fans in all bedrooms (excl. bunk room). There are two outdoor showers (front and rear). Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds all made and towels provided for your bathrooms.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows are also supplied.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. The Bunks can be used for 2 children.
PARKING 3 cars maximum.
Dutchie’s Beach Oasis has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ’visitors’ to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
