KITCHEN (Reheating Access) Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Private) There is a 10x4 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 8 people at any given time. POOL (Private) There is a private pool. The pool is 18ft x 5ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property. - In case you would like to host an event at the property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 10,000. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the DG can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - There is no Wi-Fi available at the property. Guests are requested to carry their dongle for internet connectivity. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
