LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is one living room on the ground floor, elegantly designed with amenities that elevate luxury. Includes an AC, sound system, Wi-Fi, and an attached patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL There is a private plunge pool on the premises. It is 190 sq.ft. with a depth of 4 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - For meals, a chef can be arranged on call at an additional cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - An al fresco dining setup can be arranged for the guests at an extra charge of Rs. 5000 per night. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 2000. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
