Step into the bathtub for a soak before heading to the terrace, where soft breeze and open views make for an effortless start. By late morning, move to the poolside deck - the heart of the villa - where the water catches the light just right and sets the pace for a relaxed afternoon. After a refreshing swim, gather in the living area for a round of board games, the kind that turns into easy laughter and long conversations. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and an extra single bed Ensuite Bathroom with bathtub, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room replete with comfortable seating. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system and balcony Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed POOL There is a private indoor pool. The pool is 22ft x 7ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 10,000. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
